Plea in Delhi HC seeks listing of cases on appointment basis

In the wake of spread of coronavirus, a plea has been filed in the Hon'ble Delhi High Court seeking listing of matters on an appointment basis. 

 

It said that no fair reason is given as to why all litigants are required to report to court at 10:00 AM, It has further been averred that such common instructions to all litigants creates a situation of crowd which is not only harmful during times of spread of a pandemic but is harmful otherwise as well.
